This is our main facility, which we house our enterprise equipment within. This facility operates within an operating Federal Reserve Branch in Jacksonvile, FL and is staffed around the clock by armed federal law enforcement officers.

Because of the security of this facility, only authorized personel is permitted in the gate. This makes the Jacksonville data center one of the most secure data centers in the United States.

Electricity Information

Networking Information

Juniper MX routers are utilized in our core and Juniper EX switches in our distribution and access layer. All of our carrier uplinks are delivered over 10-Gigabit optical connections.

Our MPLS Network transport is longhauled between our Jacksonville facility and our primiary network PoP(Point-of-Presence) in Atlanta, GA. Our network consists of multiple premium bandwidth carriers which include:

  • Peering on the Atlanta Internet Exchange
  • Peering on the Jacksonville Internet Exchange

Cooling Information

The facility utilizes redundant chilled water loops throughout to service the 350 tons of cooling currently installed on the datacenter floor.

Fully redundant York cooling system with four 500 Ton chillers. All cooling infrastructure is built within the building, including the cooling towers, for a true Category 5 hurricane rating..

Security Information

This facility is housed within an operating Federal Reserve Bank location. Unlike other similar facilities that are previously decommissioned branches, the building still conducts cash operations. Due to the nature of the facility, it is highly secure and was purpose built to withstand both natural disasters and potential security threats

The facility is patrolled 24/7/365 by the onsite Federal Law Enforcement Unit. The building's central command center monitors and controls all aspects of the building security and ensures that only authorized individuals are present on the property at any time.

In addition to the nearly 50 cameras on the datacenter floor, the facility in whole has over 1000 security cameras in use. All employees and visitors to the facility undergo rigorous background checks prior to being allowed entry. All items that enter and leave the facility are inspected through the use of xray and trained K9 units.
